Whether I’m supporting a mom in the NICU, guiding a family through their first night home, or helping a mother overcome a latch challenge, my heart is fully in it. I breastfed all five of my children — each experience bringing its own unique challenges, from severe reflux, mastitis, and RSV, to navigating postpartum depression with limited support as a young mom. These experiences shaped my deep empathy for new mothers and my commitment to supporting them through every high and low. My youngest breastfed for 2.5 years, and it was that journey that ultimately ignited my passion for helping other mothers reach their personal breastfeeding goals.
